TEACHING
Dr. Linda K. Yarrow is an award-winning educator at Kansas State University known for her innovative, student-centered approach to teaching in clinical nutrition. She teaches a range of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Clinical Nutrition, 1 & 2, Advanced Diabetes Management, Nutrition Education and Communication, and Advanced Cardiovascular Medical Nutrition Therapy, consistently integrating evidence-based practice with real-world application.
