Dr. Zirui Ray Xiong is an Assistant Professor of Pet Food Safety in the Department of Grain and Food Science at Kansas State University. He earned his B.S. in Biotechnology from University of Science and Technology of China and completed his M.S. and Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology at Cornell University.
