Marci R. McMahon is the Assistant Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs at Kansas State University. In her role, she supports faculty success, advancement, and institutional initiatives across the academic lifecycle to support faculty recruitment and retention. McMahon has served as co-principal investigator on multiple STEM equity grants, including UTRGV's NSF ADVANCE Partnership Grant, Transforming HSI STEM Departmental Climate for Faculty Success ($1.25M) and the NSF INCLUDES project, Symposium for Advancing Latinas in STEM Academic Careers ($250K). She is a Professor in the Department of English and a scholar of Latinx literature, theater, and performance,
