ABOUt
Dr. Laura Caldwell Miller is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in veterinary virology, immunology, and genomics with over 25 years of sustained research experience spanning federal service (USDA-ARS, 2001–2023) and academia (KSU, 2023–present). Her research integrates spatial transcriptomics, reverse genetics, vaccine biology, and diagnostic innovation to address high-priority livestock diseases and zoonotic pathogens threatening U.S. agricultural biosecurity and public health.
