TEACHING
Dr. Williams currently teaches five horticulture courses (60% teaching): HORT 570 Greenhouse Operations Management every fall; HORT 600 Herbaceous Crop Production every spring; HORT 377 Interior Plantscaping every even fall; HORT 625 Floral Crops Production and Handling every odd spring; and HORT 440/740 Hydroponic Food Production lecture and HORT 441/741 Hydroponic Food Production lab. Dr. Williams is mentor for Horticulture majors in the Production and Science specializations. She is adviser for the Undergraduate Certificate in Controlled Environment Agriculture, and co-adivsor for the Graduate Certificate in Advanced Horticulture. She also advises graduate students pursuing MS and PhD degrees.
