ABOUt
Joe Gerken is an Assistant Professor in the Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management program in the Department of Horticulture and Natural Resources. He is also the Fisheries and Aquatics Extension Specialist for the state of Kansas where he helps stakeholders with their pond, aquatic wildlife, and water quality concerns. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and two dogs. He is also on a mission to create the perfect homemade pizza!
