Joe Gerken

Dr. Gerken regularly works with local extension offices, non-profits, and state organizations to help with outreach related to fisheries and aquatic issues in Kansas. His outreach includes pond visits, presentations, active demonstrations, news outreach, and infographics (shared on social media). He is also the co-host of the natural resources podcast called "Fins, Fur, and Feathers" with his co-host Drew Ricketts.
