ABOUt

Dr. Jin Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Kansas State University and a recipient of the University Outstanding Scholar Award (2025). His research sits at the intersection of occupational safety and health, human factors and ergonomics, and quantitative methodology. With over 60 peer-reviewed publications and a sustained record of externally funded research, Dr. Lee is recognized as one of the most prolific scholars on safety climate globally. He has secured grants from federal agencies including USDA, NIOSH, and FEMA, and serves on editorial boards of leading journals in organizational science and occupational health and safety.
