FUNDING
Dr. Lee's research focuses on occupational safety and health promotion, with particular attention to safety climate, Total Worker Health�, risk perception, workplace stress and burnout, and mental health. He investigates multilevel interventions (including organizational policy change and group-based safety training) to improve worker well-being across industries such as fire services, trucking, construction, manufacturing, and healthcare. His human factors work applies a socio-technical systems perspective to issues including office ergonomics, musculoskeletal disorder prevention, and team coordination. Methodologically, Dr. Lee specializes in hierarchical linear modeling, structural equation modeling, interpretable machine learning, and organizational decision support systems.
