Farhan's research interests include microlearning, adult learning, competency-based employee development, organization change management, and strategic talent development. His recent work explores faculty adoption of microlearning in engineering and computing education, behaviorally informed approaches to organization development, strategic workforce development for change, and applied learning design across higher education and workplace settings.
