SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

My engagement focuses on using hydrology and geospatial science to support water resources management and help local communities address water-related challenges. I am committed to working with local stakeholders to improve water resource monitoring, share practical knowledge, and build capacity in the use of geospatial technologies. This includes providing training and hands-on guidance in tools such as GIS, remote sensing, and drone-based monitoring so that communities and local organizations can better collect, understand, and use water resources data. I also engage students and research partners through collaborative projects, mentoring, and field-based activities. Through these efforts, I hope to connect research with practical needs and make water resources science more useful and accessible to the communities it serves.
