His research interests focus on unknown piano repertoire from Central and Eastern Europe. He has released several premiere recordings of previously unheard repertoire by Maria Szymanowska, Anton de Kontski, Karolyi Agghazy, Feliks Labunski and Wiktor Labunski.
He is the author of the first English-language biography of Maria Szymanowska.
