Research interests encompass structural engineering and mechanics; novel structural forms; and fluid–structure interaction. Work across these domains centers on developing machine-learning-augmented workflows for rapid, design-stage performance estimates, alongside engineering-grounded AI: specifically developing, evaluating, and critically examining AI/ML methodologies for structural engineering applications.
