ABOUt

Dr. Barnhart is a senior and ranking professor of aviation at Kansas State University Salina. His background is comprehensive in the field of aviation from engineering, to maintenance, to piloting turbine aircraft, to airport management and aviation business management. He most recently served as the campus Dean of Research where he worked with industry to develop and build many of the ongoing aspects of campus success. Formerly he was the aviation department head for nearly 8 years and remains the longest-serving campus aviation department head.
