ABOUt
Lauren McDaniel is an instructor in the School of Health Sciences at Kansas State University, where she serves as the Kinesiology program internship coordinator. Her expertise focuses on human anatomy and physiology as well as the therapeutic use of exercise for special populations such as older adults and individuals with chronic diseases. Under her leadership, the university's Exercise is Medicine (EIM) On-Campus program has achieved gold-level recognition from the American College of Sports Medicine. Beyond the classroom, Lauren serves on regional and national ACSM committees and is a faculty co-advisor for the Exercise is Medicine Student Association.
