ABOUt
Dr. Hoss is a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Dietetics Program of the School of Health Sciences and a co-director of the School's Guatemala International Service-Learning Program in the College of Health & Human Sciences at Kansas State University. She has been a registered dietitian since 2004 and has worked in many areas of nutrition including community health and long-term care. She completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University and holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota. She recently graduated from the College of Education with S Doctor of Philosophy in Adult Learning & Leadership from Kansas State University (Dec. 2024). She currently teaches a variety of public health courses at graduate and undergraduate levels along with two K-State First CAT Communities.
