FUNDING

Research interests include understanding the biology and ecology of important agronomic weed species that occur across Kansas, evaluating different integrated weed management strategies, such as crop production practices and using cover crops and herbicide applications, to minimize the impact of weeds, and to explore how application technologies (targeted sprayers) can optimize weed control while minimizing environmental and economic impacts. She works closely with MS and PhD graduate students in these topical areas.
