Co-created and supervise the Biology Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program, which recruits and trains approximately 40–70 biology students as mentors per year; between 2020 and 2025, 527 new students were mentored.     Supervisor/Sponsor for the Biology Ambassadors student organization. Co-created and supervise the Biology Ambassador Program, a select group of about 30 undergraduate students who volunteer to mentor prospective students, mentor first-year students, and represent the Division of Biology at events. The program has resulted in hundreds of prospective student tours, representation at dozens of events, and multiple professional development and social events. Contribution estimated at 50–70% depending on the year.
