I teach GENAG/LEAD 425: Global Food Systems Leadership in Action. This is the capstone course in the GFSL secondary major for undergraduate students. The course engages students in complex and challenging issues in global food system, explores relevant career paths, and guides students through research-to-application and service-focused projects.
