Cynthia Shuman

ABOUt
Dr. Cynthia Shuman serves as the Associate Dean for Research and External Funding in the College of Education at K-State. In this role, she oversees the college's research initiatives, mentoring faculty in grant submission and fostering partnerships. Prior to this role, Dr. Shuman served as the Director of the Office of Educational Innovation and Evaluation. With more than 20 years of experience in program evaluation, she has worked with internal and external clients on a variety of federal, state and privately funded projects. Dr. Shuman holds a PhD in Adult Education/Adult Learning & Leadership from Kansas State University.
