SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Craig Spencer teaches Math Circles for Grades 7-8 and 9-10 during the school year; these free math enrichment programs meet Saturday mornings via Zoom.  He has co-organized summer professional development programs for K-12 teachers, and he is part of K-State's NSF Noyce program that provides $3,200 internships for freshmen and sophomores wanting to explore teaching math as a career and $36,000 scholarships for juniors and seniors training to be secondary math teachers.
