TEACHING

With a commitment to student growth and meaningful learning, Lee strives to create educational environments that are both rigorous and supportive. His approach encourages students to better understand themselves, work effectively with others, and contribute thoughtfully to the communities they serve. His teaching spans undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership and nonprofit studies, where he emphasizes the intersection of theory and practice—helping students apply concepts like adaptive leadership, systems thinking, and well-being in real-world contexts. He has taught at the Staley School of Leadership at K-State for nearly 15 years.
