Brian Lee

Brian's research and creative activity are fabrication-focused, with an interest in material-based design limits, the coordination of fabrication workflows, and the development of introductory fabrication exercises. Brian has presented his research at the National Conference on the Beginning Design Student (NCBDS), the Building Technology Educators' Society (BTES), and the Design Communication Association (DCA). He received a Big XII fellowship in 2024 and, most recently, received a pair of design-build grants from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) to build two projects on the KSU campus.
