ABOUt
Dr. Hoekman earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University in 2003 and 2005 respectively. She then completed a Ph.D. in Adult, Occupational, and Continuing Education from Kansas State University in 2017. Annie began her career in industry holding varying titles such as Network Administrator, Technical Sales, and Contractor for New Store Deployments. She began a full-time career in education in the fall of 2010.
