ABOUt

Andrew Wefald is a Professor in the Staley School of Leadership, and serves as Director of the Leadership Communication Doctoral Program. His research examines the intersections of leadership and coaching, and he has published articles in the Journal of Leadership Education, Adult Learning, the Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and others. Professor Wefald has also edited two books on the intersections of leadership and coaching.
