Amir Bahadori

Dr. Bahadori's teaching centers on radiation science, nuclear engineering, and the intersection of engineering, human health, and public policy. Since joining Kansas State University, he has developed and delivered undergraduate and graduate courses in radiation protection, radiation measurement, nuclear engineering fundamentals, and human health, emphasizing rigorous physical foundations, computational modeling, and real-world applications. His instructional approach integrates hand-on reactor and laboratory experiences, advanced simulation tools, and contemporary societal challenges to prepare students for careers in industry, research, government, and national laboratories.
